Arkansas Furniture

The end recliner in our leather sectional was broken and a furniture repairman said the reclining mechanism was badly bent and could not be fixed. We went to Arkansas Furniture to see about replacing it. Ben and Clay at Ark. Furniture showed us numerous pieces, but suggested we might call their repair expert to see what he could do. This expert was able to custom craft a mechanism for our chair from parts he had on hand. Arkansas Furniture is the kind of store you can trust to deliver the finest service and the best products to be found anywhere in the area. We will certainly go back to them for all our future furniture needs, and recommend them without reservations to everyone.

My wife and I bought a couple of LazyBoy recliners today from Ben. Met Mike while we were there. Ben did a good job showing us what they had in stock and different materials in the back. He worked hard for us and our purchase. We like to try to buy locally and buy from family type businesses. We are very happy with our experience and we are repeat customers as well. Nice job Ben.

We found Arkansas Furniture after several other furniture shopping trips in the Central Arkansas area. They have a great selection of name brand furniture at various price points. We made the trip from Little Rock to Hot Springs three times before we purchased. After our purchase of a living room set we weren't completely satisfied with it as it didn't fit us like we thought it would. I called Mike, the store owner, and even though he wasn't obligated to do anything he was quick to ask what he could do to make it right. He offered us store credit towards a new living room set, or a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere and purchase. After a couple more visits to the store we settled on another living room set.
